DESCRIPTION:Women’s Empowered Hearts Process Group\n \nA transformative and supportive space tailored exclusively to women seeking personal growth\, healing\, and connectedness. This process group is a safe space where participants come together to explore their inner worlds\, share experiences\, and journey towards connection with oneself\, with others and with our world. This group therapy is designed to provide women with a nurturing and compassionate environment to navigate life’s challenges and joys. The group aims to foster mutual understanding\, empathy\, and camaraderie among its members\, promoting a sense of belonging and sisterhood. \nThe Group will be co-led by Phuong Nguyen-Chase and Soulliaa Foley\, Psychotherapists at the Center. They will act as clinical guides through the groups’ here and now.
