DESCRIPTION:Girl Teen Group\n \nWhen a teen’s physical\, mental\, emotional\, social\, and spiritual space are experienced as chaotic and overwhelming\, it can disrupt their ability to emotionally regulate and their sense of self-competency. Teens that struggle to open up in individual therapy often thrive more in a group therapeutic social setting. We offer a space for teens to transform their overwhelm into possibility and purpose by connecting\, relating\, and healing together.
