A time when the sun is at its peak\, and the invitation is clear: expand\, illuminate\, embody. \nAt The Center for HAS\, we’re gathering to mark the shift with intention\, ritual\, and community. What to expect: \n\n108 sun salutations\, beginning at 6pm\nAlchemical sound bowl healing\nEar seed acupressure\nCreative expression\nTea\, refreshments\, and space to connect\nBreakout sessions on dreamwork\, sacred aging\, and the ecstatic possibilities of therapy\nRaffles\, wellness gifts\, and the chance to meet our team\nLocal\, like-valued vendors selling their goods and wares\n\nFriday\, June 20th \n4 – 7 PM \n$20 a ticket\n \nSign up here. \nPlease remember to bring your yoga mat and a credit card if you wish to purchase any wellness items\, juices\, or healthy refreshments you may want to purchase. If you’re interested in attending one of the short talks\, consider bringing a journal and pen to take notes! There will be limited shade so plan ahead if needed.
