SUMMARY:6 week Trauma Recovery Class
DESCRIPTION:If past experiences have left you feeling overwhelmed\, burnt out\, stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns\, or if you struggle with low self-esteem and emotional numbness\, this class could be exactly what you need! It’s designed for those who are ready to break free from the grip of trauma and begin their healing journey\, co-facilitated by our well experienced clinicians Kayla Hines (LCSW) and Dellissa Simmons (LPC). \nClasses held every Wednesday beginning Apr 30th | 1:30-3pm CST \nAll six classes for $375 \nThis class is for you if: \n\nyou are a trauma survivor and think you might like to better understand trauma and how it affects you in body\, mind & soul\nYou suspect that the traumas you have survived are still affecting your relationships or are preventing you from being able to be in healthy relationship\nSomeone you love is a trauma survivor and you would like to better understand them and be able to support them through your understanding of their experience\nYou would like to learn about trauma from trained clinicians in a safe\, professional\, and well-held container\n\nThis class is not for you if: \n\nYou have sustained a trauma within the last few weeks and have not yet received one on one care to move through this experience\nYou’d prefer to learn about trauma in a one to one setting\, as opposed to being in a group setting\n\nSign up here. \nStill unsure if this is the right class for you?
