But my true calling began over a decade ago when I shifted into holistic health—combining movement\, mindfulness\, and energy medicine to support lasting wellness. \nI’m certified in yoga and Qigong\, with additional training in Tai Qi. I bring over 15 years of experience in practicing and teaching Qigong\, breathwork\, and meditation.​ \nOver the years\, I’ve worked with children\, seniors\, and special populations including those with MS\, diabetes\, post-rehabilitation needs\, and women’s health concerns. \nToday\, I focus solely on Qigong and breathwork—offering simple\, gentle practices that help release stress\, restore energy\, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. \nMy belief is that true well-being comes from aligning the physical\, emotional\, and energetic self.
