Trained in Mindfulness Meditation

I have been trained in mindfulness meditation by a Buddhist monk who learned under Thich Nhat Hanh, and in Transcendental Meditation by Bob Roth, V.P. of the David Lynch Foundation. Through these experiences I have recognized the personal value of having a spiritual practice (whatever that may be for you) and of bringing that practice into your day to day experience. Mindfulness is defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn as, “paying attention in a particular way; On purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”
