In this experiential group, we will explore the archetypal triad of Mother, Father, and Child as a pathway to healing and self-understanding.

In this first session, we begin with Mother. Subsequent gatherings will go over Father and Child archetypes. Through guided meditation, creative art-making, and group reflection, participants will connect with these core inner figures, uncovering the ways they shape identity, relationships, and patterns of care. The process offers a safe space to re-imagine and repair early dynamics, while inviting greater balance, compassion, and integration within the self. No prior art or meditation experience is necessary, just an openness to explore and grow.
