The Center offers a few different treatment options for patients suffering from anxiety:

Cognitive Behavior Therapy is often used to support patients who suffer from anxiety and works to help change the thinking patterns that support a person’s fears, in addition to helping change the way a person reacts to anxiety provoking situations.

Acupuncture can be used to calm the nervous system, thereby allowing you to feel less reactive to daily stressors.  With acupuncture we can work to balance emotions by regulating the body’s energy, balancing hormones and, ultimately, reducing stress.

Food therapy and herbal remedies can also be useful in reducing symptoms of anxiety.  Expect to leave your appointment with lifestyle advice, which will support your in-office treatment.

The most effective way to treat anxiety is to combine our services in order to facilitate a comprehensive, holistic recovery.
