Serenity Through Breath, every Wednesday @ 6pm

Discover the power of your breath in this rejuvenating session that blends ancient techniques with modern science. Through rhythmic breathing, uplifting music, and guided visualizations, you’ll activate your body’s natural D.O.S.E. of happiness—Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins—leaving you calm, joyful, and deeply connected.
What to Expect:
- Introduction to breathwork and foundational techniques
- Guided rhythmic breathing for mind–body balance
- Gratitude meditation and intention setting to foster inner peace

When: Weekly on Wednesdays @ 6 PM, 45 minutes
Cost: Donation-based. Please note that Eventbrite requires a minimum contribution of $1 to complete your enrollment.
Suitable for all levels — no experience needed
Please refrain from eating at least one hour before the session.
