When a teen’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual space are experienced as chaotic and overwhelming, it can disrupt their ability to emotionally regulate and their sense of self-competency. Teens that struggle to open up in individual therapy often thrive more in a group therapeutic social setting. We offer a space for teens to transform their overwhelm into possibility and purpose by connecting, relating, and healing together. Our groups combine mindfulness, creative expression, movement, and peer support to enhance self-esteem, emotional awareness and stress reduction.
